At ShopBobbys, we want you to love your home decor and furniture; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ShopBobbys account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, instructions, and protective materials are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
